Xhulio Shyti is a seasoned finance executive with expertise in private markets, fintech, and macroeconomic policy. Currently Vice President at Tikehau Capital in Paris, he leads Unit-Linked Funds, managing €2 billion in assets across European vehicles. With a career spanning public institutions like the Bank of Albania and the Prime Minister’s Office, as well as private asset management, Xhulio has driven digital transformation in fund operations. An entrepreneur and investor, he also teaches M&A Transactions at Panthéon-Assas University. Passionate about strengthening capital markets in the Balkans, Xhulio is deeply engaged in civic and cultural initiatives within the Albanian diaspora.
