Xhanan Karaqa is the Head of Security at NLB Banka Prishtina, with over 15 years of experience in information security within the banking sector. She has chaired the Security Committee at the Kosovo Banking Association and continues to serve on its Cybersecurity Committee. Xhanan holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Prishtina and completed the Chevening Cybersecurity Fellowship in the UK. She is certified in CISM, CIPP/E, and ISO 27001 Lead Implementer. As President of Women4Cyber Kosovo, she actively promotes cybersecurity awareness and the inclusion of girls and women in the cybersecurity field across the country.
