Dr. Visar Vokrri is an economist and Program Director at the Riinvest Institute in Kosovo. He holds a PhD in Economics from Marche Polytechnic University, with research focused on international capital flows and manufacturing growth. His experience spans the private and public sectors, including roles in banking, privatization, and work with UNDP, EBRD, and the World Bank. He has advised the Government of Kosovo and currently chairs the Board of Termokos. Dr. Vokrri also lectures at the university level and actively researches market development, export potential, and broader economic development issues in Kosovo.
