Visar Kabashi is the Head of Finance at NLB Banka since 2019, where he leads the bank’s strategic planning, financial and regulatory reporting, and business intelligence development. With over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax advisory, he previously worked as a Manager at Deloitte Kosovo, overseeing projects for clients across sectors such as banking, energy, telecommunications, and construction. He also served as Head of Finance at the International Civilian Office (ICO) and Risk Monitoring Officer at KEP Trust. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Prishtina and is a Certified Accountant and Tax Expert with SCAAK.
