With over 20 years of experience, Shpresim Vranovci has played a key role in shaping Kosovo’s financial sector, focusing on supporting micro, small, and medium enterprises. He has served as Executive Director of AMIK since 2022, driving financial inclusion and sector growth. Shpresim also teaches financial management at UBT. Previously, he held leadership roles at leading banks and was a Counselor to the Governor of the Central Bank. He holds a PhD in Economics and has been instrumental in improving Kosovo’s financial markets, contributing to greater transparency and the development of the country’s financial infrastructure.
