Renuka Pai is a digital financial sector consultant at the World Bank Group, with over a decade of experience across the private sector, academia, and development organizations. She previously served as Program Director at the Maryland Global Initiative for Cybersecurity, leading executive education programs and cybersecurity seminars. At the Center for International and Security Studies at Maryland (CISSM), she co-developed a Cyber Risk Analysis Framework and a Cyber Events Database to assess threats and analyze cyber behavior. Renuka holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from BITS Pilani and a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Maryland, where she earned the Steinbruner Award.
