Ramize Ramadani is Director of the Insurance and Pension Supervision Department at the Central Bank of Kosovo. With a strong background in banking, insurance, and pension oversight, she has led key initiatives to enhance regulatory compliance, market transparency, and financial sector stability. Her leadership focuses on protecting policyholders and pension beneficiaries while advancing risk-based supervision and inclusive financial policy. Ms. Ramadani began her career in banking and has held various leadership roles within the Central Bank. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Analysis from the United Kingdom and is recognized for her commitment to strong governance and oversight.
