Nora has over 20 years of experience in the banking sector in Kosovo, holding leadership roles such as Head of Product Management, Head of Small Businesses and Agriculture, and Branch Manager. She contributed to the development of business strategies, credit risk policies, and the establishment of an Environmental Unit at her bank. Nora also lectured at ProCredit Training Center, Regional Academy in Veles, and ProCredit Holding in Frankfurt. Since 2015, she has been the Senior Portfolio Manager at Kosovo Credit Guarantee Fund. She holds an economics degree in Management and Informatics and a Master’s in General International Management.
