Panelist

Dr. Nikola Fabris is the Vice-Governor of the Central Bank of Montenegro (CBCG), a position he has held since 2013. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Belgrade, with extensive academic experience as a professor at the same institution. Dr. Fabris has served as the Chief Economist of CBCG, as well as holding various international roles, including Deputy Governor of Montenegro at the IMF Board of Governors. He is a prolific author with over 100 professional papers and several published textbooks, particularly on monetary economics, banking, and economic policy.
