Lirik Bakalli is the Director of the Cabinet at NLB Banka, responsible for the corporate governance, human resources, internal organization, procurement, project management, legal affairs, secretariat, and security units, as well as being a member of several decision-making committees within the bank. With over 16 years of experience in the banking industry, he has held senior leadership positions in areas such as risk management, banking operations, digitalization, strategic planning, and business development. Mr. Bakalli studied Business Administration at City College in Thessaloniki and holds an MBA from Sheffield University. He also holds a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership.
