Leonora Kusari is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience at the intersection of business, finance, and innovation. She joined the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in 2005 and today leads the Advisory for Small Businesses programme in Kosovo, while also serving as the Western Balkans Regional Coordinator for Blended Instruments and Innovation. Her career spans both worldwide known corporations and impactful development work. Prior to EBRD, Leonora contributed her expertise to leading multinationals such as British American Tobacco, Nestlé, and Coca-Cola. She has also worked as a financial advisor to private companies and supported local initiatives implemented by international development agencies.
