Mr. Hekuran Neziri began his career in the insurance industry before expanding his expertise in the banking sector, gaining a well-rounded perspective across financial services. He joined Scardian in 2015 as an Underwriter, progressing to Head of Underwriting and then to CEO, building a deep, hands-on understanding of the company’s core operations. Under his leadership, Scardian has entered a phase of steady and structured growth.

Alongside his executive responsibilities, Mr. Neziri serves as Chairman of the Governing Council of the Kosovo Insurance Bureau (KIB), where he actively contributes to strengthening market governance, enhancing sector stability, and supporting the long-term development of the insurance industry in Kosovo.
