Mr. Hekuran Murati is the Minister of Finance of Kosovo, with a strong background in international finance and public sector governance. He holds a degree in Business Management from the American University in Kosovo and a postgraduate degree in Investment Management from Hochschule Bremen and the University of North Carolina. His professional experience includes roles at the Ministry of Finance as Head of the Public Debt Division, the Central Bank of Kosovo, and as a consultant for the World Bank. Elected as a Member of the Assembly of Kosovo in 2019, he has chaired the Committee on Budget and Transfers and played a key role in shaping economic policy.
