Esmeralda Topuzi leads Risk and Resilience Development at UNIQA Sustainable, where she designs and implements resilience strategies for corporates and financial institutions across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). In this role, she also coordinates cross‑market initiatives and supports the development and scaling of UNIQA Sustainable’s activities across its regional subsidiaries, contributing to long‑term market growth.

Her career has been built at the core of the financial system, spanning banking supervision, capital and market risk, and financial stability. Through roles at the Central Bank of Albania, Raiffeisen Bank Group Austria, and UNIQA Group Austria, she has developed a view of resilience as a driver of capital strength, systemic stability, and long‑term sustainable performance.
