Dr. David T. King is a seasoned development economist with over 30 years of global experience. He has led seven USAID projects across the Western Balkans, managing nearly $100 million to promote private sector growth, SME financing, and macroeconomic reform. His work spans 20 countries with organizations like the World Bank, EBRD, PwC, and Deloitte. Previously, he held senior roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, OECD, and Citibank. A former entrepreneur and award-winning Small Business Leader, Dr. King holds a PhD in Economics from Tulane and has lectured at top institutions worldwide.
