Dardan Fusha

Dardan Fusha is the Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Kosovo. With over 17 years of experience in banking supervision, financial regulation, and payment systems, he has led major reforms in Kosovo’s financial sector. He holds a Master’s in Financial Law from Goethe University in Frankfurt and completed the Financial Inclusion Leadership Program at Tufts University. Mr. Fusha has played a key role in projects with international institutions like the IMF, World Bank, and USAID, focusing on consumer protection, corporate governance, and digital payments. His leadership continues to shape the regulatory and operational landscape of Kosovo’s financial system.
