As Tech Lead for the Bundesbank’s wholesale CBDC work and the DLT-based Trigger Solution, he is involved in designing the future of financial market infrastructure. He also contributes to the academic community as a lecturer at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. At KFF2025, he will share insights into the Eurosystem’s exploratory activities around wholesale CBDC and explain how the Bundesbank’s solution contributes to advancing DLT-based settlement in central bank money, while also addressing the distinct objectives of the digital euro project.
