Bernard Atlan
Bernard Atlan is leading the energy sector in IFC Transaction Advisory, where he has worked since September 2009. He advises governments, local authorities and private corporates on structuring transactions, including Public Private Partnerships (“PPP”), privatization and capital raise. He also acts as transaction advisor within the context of company’s acquisitions or disposal of assets. With a global focus, Bernard has experience leading transaction advisory mandates mostly in the thermal power generation, battery energy storage, and renewable energy sectors. Prior to joining IFC, he spent six years managing transaction advisory practices for Deloitte and Ernst & Young in France and Central Europe where he developed an expertise mergers and acquisitions (M&A) across various industries in Western and Central Europe. Bernard also holds an MBA in Finance and is currently based in Belgrade, Serbia.
