A seasoned banking executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in retail banking, strategic planning, risk management, and financial innovation. Successfully managed a €410M-asset bank and led impactful partnerships with international donors to drive financial growth. Skilled in SME development, financial inclusion, green finance, and women’s entrepreneurship, with a strong track record in launching non-financial services and innovative products like factoring, leasing, and crowdfunding. At USAID IPAF, led Kosovo’s first sovereign credit rating and initiated a €10M loan guarantee program unlocking €100M in diaspora investments. Holds a doctorate in financial and knowledge management from the University of Ljubljana, and the International School for Social and Business Studies.
