Arianit Blakaj is an Associate Director and Senior Banker at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), based in Pristina. He works within the Infrastructure Europe team, focusing on the preparation and implementation of infrastructure investments in transport, municipal services, and sustainable infrastructure across Kosovo and the Western Balkans. 

Prior to joining EBRD, he gained professional experience in the banking sector, as well as in the public sector working on economic policy–related matters, including public finance, economic reform, and institutional policy frameworks.
