Prof. Dr. Arben Malaj is a renowned economist and academic with extensive experience in both public service and education. He holds a degree in Finance from the University of Tirana and has been a faculty member there since 1993. Prof. Malaj served as Albania’s Minister of Finance and Economy, represented the country at the World Bank, and was a member of Parliament for over a decade. He co-founded the Institute for Public Policies and Good Governance and has held leadership roles, including Rector of Luarasi University and Honorary Counsel of Austria in Albania.
