Mr. Hashani currently serves as the Executive Director at the Riinvest Institute. He also lectures Economics in the university. He earned his degree from the University of Prishtina and pursued further academic training, including a PhD, at Staffordshire University in the UK. His research interests include transition economics and industrial economics. Alban oversees numerous research and development projects at Riinvest, shaping policy discussions and academic dialogue. He is fluent in Albanian, English, and Serbo-Croatian, supporting his broad engagement in both local and international contexts. His work bridges research, policy, and education in Kosovo’s evolving economic environment.
