Agron Demi is the CEO and Co-Founder of the Atlas Institute, dedicated to sustainable development and the green transition in the Western Balkans. He previously served as Executive Director of the Balkan Green Foundation and spent over 15 years at the GAP Institute, including roles as Executive Director, and Research and Program Director. Agron has worked as a consultant for organizations such as Navanti Group, NDI, Eurofound, and various UN agencies. He holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Public Administration and Social Work, and has completed executive programs in NGO Management from Harvard Kennedy School, and strategic leadership from Maastricht School of Management.
