Adrian Alo is a highly experienced executive with a strong leadership background in microfinance, banking, and financial management in Kosovo. His career is centered on advancing inclusive finance, particularly through his key role at KEP Trust, one of the country’s leading microfinance institutions. As CEO since July 2025 and previously CFO, he has been instrumental in transforming KEP Trust into a market leader, significantly expanding its borrower base and strengthening its financial sustainability. His work focuses on strategic
planning, risk management, governance, and digital transformation—core pillars for sustainable microfinance growth.

In addition to his microfinance leadership, Adrian brings valuable banking experience from his role as Deputy CEO at Banka Ekonomike, where he was responsible for strategic execution, operational management, and risk oversight.
