Panelist

Ymer Fejzullahu is the Chairman of the Board of Energy Regulatory Office of the Republic of Kosovo since August 2021. In 2024, he was elected President of the Energy Community Regulatory Board (ECRB) with a two-year mandate. He is also currently the Chairman of the Working Group on the Market Coupling Project between Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia, and Greece. As Chairman, Mr. Fejzullahu is entrusted with overseeing the operations and strategic direction of the Energy Regulatory Office, which plays a vital role in regulating and promoting the energy sector within the Republic of Kosovo. He holds a M.Sc degree in Economics – Banking, Finance and Accounting. Over the years he has been an active member and panelist of the working groups and events inside the energy sector in Kosovo as well as international working groups and trainings in Energy Community and ERRA.
