Panelist

Mr. Servet Spahiu is the Head of the Department for Spatial Planning, Construction, and Housing at Kosovo’s Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning. With over 20 years of experience, he has led the drafting of laws and technical regulations, the implementation of Kosovo’s national spatial plan, and the alignment of policies with European standards. He has also managed major national projects, including expropriation, resettlement, and energy performance in buildings, as well as the Hade Project in the new mining area. A civil engineer by training with an MBA in International Business Administration, Mr. Spahiu brings extensive expertise in urban development, construction policy, and sustainable infrastructure.
