Keynote Speaker

Përparim Rama is a renowned Albanian architect and urban planner, known for his visionary work across major global cities including London, Doha, New York, and Dublin. Born in Prishtina in 1976, he moved to the UK at age 16 and studied architecture at London South Bank University and the University of East London. Rama represented Kosovo for the first time at the 2012 Venice Architecture Biennale and won the World Interiors News Annual Award in 2013. A member of the Royal Institute of British Architects, he is recognized for his innovative contributions to architecture and urban development worldwide.
