Ardiana Bokshi brings extensive experience in the energy sector, combining strategic management, institutional development, and gender equality advocacy. Since March 2024, she serves as Director of General Services and Deputy Managing Director at the Kosovo Energy Efficiency Fund (KEEF). Her energy career began in 2006 at the Energy Regulatory Office. Ardiana is also a founding member and board member of the Women in Energy Sector Kosovo (WESK). She has completed specialized programs in energy regulation, efficiency, sustainability, gender equality, and public sector management. Her work emphasizes using energy efficiency projects to drive economic development, social inclusion, and institutional innovation.
