Ms. Meral Hallaqi Radoniqi holds a degree in Architecture and a Master’s in Energy Efficiency, and she is a certified energy auditor. She is an experienced professional in the fields of energy efficiency, architectural design, and sustainable urban development. Currently, she works as an Energy Advisor with the GIZ Kosovo Energy Project, where she provides expertise in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and climate action. In this role, she collaborates with central and municipal institutions on the development and implementation of policies and measures for energy efficiency and building energy performance.
