Beqir Sellaj is the Deputy Mayor of Ulcinj, with extensive experience in public administration and local governance. Born in 1981 in Bar, he completed his education in Ulcinj and pursued higher studies in Prishtina and Tirana, earning a degree in education and a professional master’s degree. He has over a decade of experience in municipal services, serving as Deputy Director of the Public Utility Company “Veprimtari Komunale,” where he contributed to operational management and service development. He also served as a member of the Ulcinj Municipal Assembly. Since 2022, he has been actively engaged in advancing local development and community initiatives.
