Delina Ibrahimaj is the Minister of Economy and Innovation of Albania, a position she has held since September 2025. She previously served as Minister of State for Entrepreneurship and Business Climate and as Minister of Finance and Economy. She holds a PhD in Banking and Finance from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, and a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from Bocconi University in Milan. Ibrahimaj has held senior leadership roles including Director General of Taxation and Director of INSTAT. With extensive experience in economic policy, public administration, and finance, she has also contributed to governance, statistics, and social insurance institutions in Albania.
