Mr. Bardhyl Dobra is the outgoing Deputy-Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kosova, where he led administrative reform and digitalization for the last five years. He is currently an extraordinary lecturer at Stellenbosch University – School of Public Leadership in South Africa. Before assuming the position of Deputy Minister, he served as Secretary-General of the International Association of Schools and Institutes of Administration (IASIA) and as accreditation officer at the International Institute of Administrative Sciences (IIAS), in Brussels. The topic of his Ph.D. at Ghent University, Belgium, is “Public Administration in Post-Conflict States: the Case of Kosova”. Mr Dobra has several published articles and book chapters addressing topics in the field of administration and public policy in post-conflict states.
