Urtina Zeka

Urtina Zeka is a development economist with expertise in policy coordination, project management, and energy sector development. She currently serves as Program Specialist at MCA-Kosovo, supporting the implementation of the Energy Storage, JETA, and ACFD projects. Previously, she was National Coordinator at the Compact Development Team, where she led the preparation of the Kosovo Compact, and chaired the Government’s Energy Storage Working Group in establishing the Energy Storage Corporation POE. She also worked at the Office of the Prime Minister, coordinating economic and energy policies. Urtina holds an MA in Development Economics from the University of Sussex and a BA from RIT Kosovo.
