Ms. Besiana Qorraj Berisha is an energy professional with extensive experience in renewable energy policy, project implementation, and sustainable development. She serves as Director of the Unit for Implementation of Renewable Energy Projects at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Kosovo, where she oversees the development and execution of strategic initiatives to advance Kosovo’s renewable energy agenda. Her work focuses on fostering cooperation between government, investors, and international partners to accelerate the energy transition, strengthen regulatory frameworks, and promote sustainable growth in the sector.
