Panelist

Mr. Avni Sfishta is an energy expert with over 20 years of experience in internationally funded projects on energy efficiency and renewable energy. He is Project Manager with GIZ, where he supports Kosovo’s institutions in developing and implementing policy frameworks and aligning with EU directives on energy efficiency and the energy performance of buildings. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Prishtina, multiple certifications in energy auditing (for buildings and industry) and project management, and is the author of numerous papers and studies on energy efficiency, renewable energy, and climate change mitigation.
